The rewinder have below characteristics:

1)Auto paper core loader:

The paper core can feed one by one. The hopper have auto pushing device tokeep the paper core feeding smoothly. The hopper can load 300 pcs of papercore in maximal.

2) Hot melt glue coating system

High quality of hot melt glue pump. We have feed the paper core one by one,so it can avoid the glue flying problem. In the market, other company don’thave this device and the glue will flying to other core.

  

 The hot melt glue is much better than water glue. Because the water glue willmake the foil oxidized. And the hot melt glue is also safety for food grade.

3)4-rewinding station

This rewinding station is design by our company direclty. It have glue coating,rewinding, cutting, labeling station. Resonable design and easy operation.

4)Automatic labeling device 

 

In outside of the foil, it need a small lable to stick the foil. Few years ago, itneed the manual sticking of the label. Now, it can stick the label on the rolldirectly.

The advantage of labeling system:

This lable is stick on the roll directly. It can keep the finish roll more tight andsmoothly.

5)Automatic conveyor belt

The conveyor belt can connect with the box tank. It can also connect toautomatic cartonning machine.
